China U22 will play in international Dubai Cup

Defender Chen Zepeng will be one of five Guangzhou Evergrande representatives.

The Jordanian Football Association has official announced the Dubai Cup, an invitational tournament for U23 international teams, taking place from March 20th until March 28th.

China will send their U22 squad, which has been drawn into Group B together with Jordan, Saudi Arabai, and Malaysia.

The first round of fixtures will determine the ranking of each group. All teams in one group will play eachother once over the course of 6 days. After this the winner of Group A (A1) will play the winner of Group B (B1) to determine the number #1 of the tournament, while A2 will play B2, and so on.
